THE QUARANTINE TRAINING FOR ALL RIDERS 12 & UNDER AS WELL AS OLDER RIDERS WHO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM FOR THEIR STRENGTH WORKOUTS. Designed for riders who do not have access to a BMX track and still want to train and improve their overall fitness during these times of the Pandemic.
This training will focus on three areas:
• Body Weight Strength Training (improves muscular and joint development and strength)
• Sprint Training (to improve power out of the gate)
• Interval Training (to improve cardio and muscular endurance so the rider has adequate fitness so when they’re back to riding the track, their not out of breath and their legs are not tired – or burning)
