QUARANTINE TRAINING CHALLENGE
WE’RE IN UNCHARTED WATERS WITH THE CORONAVIRUS-PANDEMIC!
If your local authorities have forced the local BMX track to closed down temporarily, and your rider wants to continue to train and improve themselves for when the season starts back up, then this training challenge is perfect for them. I’ll guide them to improve their track fitness despite not having a track, as well as strength and power so they will be prepared for opportunity when the track opens up as well as giving them a physical task to do during their stay at home. This training will work for all ages including young boys and girls.
