THE GATE START CHALLENGE is designed and based upon on how I exactly coached my Olympic athletes when they needed to address their gate starts to either reconfigure their technique, get out of a slump or simply enhance their gate start form and power.
This Gate Start Challenge will focus on going deep into one fundamental addressing my progressional break down of gate starts.
We will address the following on both sprint training and gate start training:
• The First Movement
• Second Pedal Position and Acceleration
• 30 Foot Acceleration Power and Development
