TRAINING PLAN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


How are the plans delivered?

    Training plans are delivered to your private, personal ONLINE calendar within TrainingPeaks.com. You do not have to subscribe to the “Paid Subscription” at trainingpeaks.com, and I would advise you not to do so as it is not pertinent to BMX training. I repeat, if you buy a plan, you will have access with a login only and this is all you need. The “paid subscription” is primarily for endurance athletes/plans. You have 7 days to cancel the “Paid Subscription”, this will not cancel your login at trainingpeaks.com for you to access your BMX training plan. Greg Romero and BMXtraining.com will not be responsible for refunds on trainingpeaks.com “Paid Subscriptions” that are not canceled within 7 days of purchasing the plan. If you have any more questions about this, email support@peaksware.com

    You will receive your workout email everyday and you will also have the option of printing out the entire plan by going to calendar settings from the trainingpeaks.com login only feature.

    Edit, move and adjust each workout to ensure it fits your busy schedule, and or track schedule. If you find that your track days are different than I prescribe, no worries, you just simply log-in and rotate the workouts to fit your needs. The importance here is that you do the frequency of all sprint, strength and track work for the week!

    If your schedule gets hectic try to at least do all frequency prescribed for the week. If you miss a workout, don’t worry, just pick up and continue where left off.

Can I do the plan over again? 

    Absolutely. You will need to print out a copy.  Once trainingpeaks.com has run the entire 12 week plan, the daily workout emails stop and you will not have access unless you repurchase the plan, or the next level plan.

On the strength training, how do I know how to do each exercise? 

    On the first week of the plan, there will be a link that will allow you to download the correct PDF file for your plan. This is a comprehensive document that I wrote, full of pictures and written descriptions of the exercises. Just print it out and take it with you when doing your workout.

Are there any guarantees that these plans will work?  

    As with any kind of training, if you don’t believe in it or you don’t train with your heart or goals in mind, then you will only be going through the motions, therefore no plan will work to it’s full potential.mailto:support@peaksware.comshapeimage_8_link_0

Just wanted to say thanks for a great program! Ricky got a perfect in 7X at NBL Grands! He finished with the #2 plate, the kid he needed to beat in points was in different motos all day and they never met until the main. Ricky never "outpointed" him until the main and it  wasn't quite enough.  But he definitely out powered him, he lead the race from gate to the line. If you have a testimonial section or recommendations, something like that, I would be happy to write something up.
